There are both new and refurbished sets depending on customer budget and requirements. They are generally between 1-18 months old.

Unfortunately not – the shortest rental period will be from 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and 24 months.

Unfortunately some applications have to be purchased and we are able to assist you on this.

Normally it will take 1-3 weeks to deliver the devices after we have finalise and verified the necessary documentation. This may also be subjected to the availability of the devices.

Yes it comes with it. We are also able to rent you Monitors to be connected to your devices.

Under our Rental Agreement , all rented devices will be replaced with the latest equivalent model after 24 months leasing period.

We have our different supporting services such as Star ShieldIsupporTH.A.T and inCall Systems to support you on all your requirements.

Currently we do not have this arrangement for a lease buyback but please consult our team at the end of your lease.

Our Star Shield team who has the largest network of Repair Centres in Singapore will take care as well as service all your equipment.

The ability to terminate a lease early is determined by the terms of the lease, but it is a rare situation that would make terminating a lease during its term an advisable option.

In most cases, you may have the payment set up to automatically debit your bank account or the company will invoice you.

This depends on the program. Typically, you will not be required to make any advance payments. The company will invoice the first payment after you receive all of your equipment.

Yes, pending credit approval. A security deposit may be required.

Yes. You are able to switch from Plus to Supreme anytime during the contract but you are unable to do the other way round.
